Select level of soiling (light, medium or heavy), cycle (normal, perm press or delicates) and temperature (hot, warm or cold). Add washing powder, softener and/or bleach following amount instructions on the machine.
If using dryers that are stacked on top of each other refer to the arrows on the machines for the proper controls and coin slots. Select your temperation (high, medium, low or no heat).

We always want our customers to have the best laundy experiance, therefore we always try to keep the laundry spotless. We really appriciate customers taking care of our facilities and keeping them clean.
Customers must remove their clothes from machines when the cycle has finished, especially if there are other customers waiting.
If the machine malfunctions, do not strike the machine, please call the help service fault line on 0800 23 23 28 to have the problem attended to.
For the safety of your children and our machines, children are not allowed to climb in the machines or run on top of them.
Do not leave valuables unattended as The Washouse Group will not take responsibility for them. The Washouse Group also accepts no responsibility for any damage to any garments being cleaned in our machines. Please make sure you follow the instructions on your garments.
